FIBC Bag
Our Manufacturing Process
At Pulkit FIBC, we follow a meticulous and well-structured manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality and consistency in every FIBC bag we produce. Here’s an overview of our step-by-step work process:

Raw Material Selection
We begin by sourcing premium-grade polypropylene (PP) resin, the primary material used in FIBC bag production.
The quality of raw materials is rigorously tested to ensure durability, strength, and compliance with industry standards.
Extrusion and Fabric Weaving
The polypropylene resin is melted and extruded into fine tapes or filaments.
These tapes are then woven into high-strength fabric using advanced circular looms. The weaving process determines the fabric’s strength, durability, and load-bearing capacity.
Coating and Lamination (if required)
For specialized FIBC bags (e.g., waterproof or moisture-resistant), the woven fabric is coated or laminated with additional layers of polypropylene or other materials.
This step enhances the bag’s functionality for specific applications, such as storing hygroscopic or sensitive materials.
Cutting and Sewing
The fabric is cut into precise dimensions based on the required size and design of the FIBC bag.
Skilled workers then sew the fabric panels together using heavy-duty stitching techniques to ensure seam strength and load-bearing capacity.
Adding Features and Accessories
Depending on the design, features like lifting loops, discharge spouts, liners, or baffles are added to the FIBC bag.
Specialized bags, such as anti-static or conductive FIBCs, are treated or designed with additional safety features during this stage.
Quality Control and Testing
Every FIBC bag undergoes rigorous quality checks, including:
Load testing to ensure weight capacity.
Seam strength testing for durability.
Safety checks for specialized bags (e.g., anti-static properties).
Only bags that meet our strict quality standards move to the next stage.
Printing and Branding
Custom printing is done using high-quality, non-toxic inks to add logos, labels, or safety instructions as per customer requirements.
This step ensures your FIBC bags are not only functional but also aligned with your branding needs.
Packaging and Dispatch
The finished FIBC bags are carefully folded, packed, and prepared for shipment.
We ensure timely delivery to your location, adhering to all logistical requirements.
